A lot of good, kind-hearted, inspirational people Great, caring, reasonable (middle) managers A large variety of clients and sectors to work with - good experience-builder Minimal to no mobbing Opportunity to work closely with prominent, inspiring figures in the industry Ability to take initiatives and the space to take on responsibility to promote growth Ability to work with global and international clients and partners

Constant over-time & poor work-life balance Strenuous overwork Low pay (much lower than client-side equivalents and still lower than competitor agencies) Dwindling social activities, interesting events or seminars Little PTO and mandatory/inflexible uses of said PTO
