Pros

Great salary, benefits are good, dress down day on Fridays. Working hours are good, the job isn't stressful. For the most part people are professional

Cons

Upper management plays favoritism, the Executive Director is really into himself. He can make you feel insignificant and not part of the team. Shady. Co-workers love to brown nose. Office Politics. Only certain people can see the Executive Director. It's like being in the Wizard of Oz . Vacation time is not a lot.

We have so many employee benefits that other companies do not or have never offered. Working directly with Johns Hopkins medical team has been an exciting addition to the care and skill set here.

Cons

I wish we were bigger so we could take care of more patients!!
