No pros at all. Senior management and hr the worst of their kind

Cons

The worst company to work in. They make treat their employees as their slaves. Get them to sign bonds and do not release their people. The notice period is of a multi-national companies standard but the salaries are pathetic.

This company run its client Quattro. They provide the development services to the clients and gets big marginal amount from the employee's package, when marginal amount becomes less after 4 or 5 years(because employee's package increase), they want to get rid of from that resource, and requires new resource with lower package, that gives big marginal amount to the company
