      Pros

      Get to explore allot in various sectors. A great push to come up with new innovations.

      Cons

      Salaries not paid in time also you are not respected at work specially by Amey as his has a bad mouth who doesn't care about other emotions and call them with random names and disrespects them same with his clients.You need lots of patience to handle Amey and his tone of talking. Apart from this employees working here are quite good and jovial. If you stuck some point your senior team helps you to come over it.

      1. When I was working as web developer there was lots of projects so it was a good learning experience for me.

      Cons

      1. No value for employer. 2. They can send you to any client based project without informing you clearly or understanding your problems. 3. Attitude of MD of the company is very bad towards employees at times.

      - Young colleagues - Energetic & fast-paced working environment

      Cons

      - No training provided to anyone irrespective of whether they hire a fresher or an experienced professional - Employees are expected to know anything & everything and even a minor mistake would result into extreme humiliation and insult - Extremely arrogant & rude attitude towards employees - Crude language used with employees - Loads of work coupled with insufficient pay - No efforts taken to retain employees or at least to ensure employee satisfaction & motivation - No work life balance

      Hi, Sorry to read this rather harsh review on Glassdoor. We are a young company setting up the right processes, employing young talent and offering a fast-paced work environment to everyone. We have taken steps to improve the training and development with induction, improved interaction and mentorship system across the organization.
