      No micromanaging. However, they are with you through the complete process. Great Company. Ability to grow. Many opportunities.

      The pay is amazing, higher then others.

      Cons

      As a contractor you don't get paid time and a half, they pay you the standard rate. Scam artists never again.

      Working with this team for close to 3 years, I have seen first hand the tremendous growth of our company throughout the U.S. Pros: -Positive Team Environment -Work from Home -Competitive Compensation -Top Tools in the Industry (Salesforce, ICIMS, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, ect.)
