      Pros

      I enjoy the ability to contribute professionally at a company in a very interesting industry. Love the focus on associate wellness and work/life balance and working for leaders and with other associates that are intelligent and care about each other.

      Cons

      Very niche industry but interesting to learn new things and to work for a company that is dedicated to helping the industry

      Pros

      Great coworkers, lots of free food, work-life balance was great. They did all kinds of inner office activities that make things fun and everyone seemed generally happy working there. Management was pretty transparent with the state of the company. Depending which department you worked in you got to work from home. They have a private workout gym for employees.

      Cons

      If you want to be with a company for longer than the next 3 years, look elsewhere. This company's sole customer is an insurance compnay that doesnt sell new insurance policies and will be defunct in 3-5 years. There are no customers lined up to replace that current customer and Fuzion will be out of business once that happens. If it wasnt for the dwindling business prospects, I wouldn't have left. The benefits also weren't very good.

      Pros

      Great work environment, great people; lots of true collaboration throughout the organization; people really care and want to do their best; most of management truly have the best interests of their people in mind

      Cons

      just not growing like management always says it will; management seems to dismiss the input from some of the 10 year employees, in favor of new folks that recently arrived
