Pros
Pay for everything outside of your main job function. Breakdown pay, maintenance pay, washing the truck, etc., reasonable praise every now and again, communication, nice equipment, work when you want to schedule, reimbursements for anything job related
Cons
Lack of care in a sense, a “you’re a heavy hitter keep up the good work” when you’ve got plenty of work and keeping their clients cleaned up and making money and a “well that’s just the way it is and don’t expect us to do anything about it” when there’s a lack of work (which is 3/4 of the year), very clear they prefer the more amateur/yes sir don’t ask questions type of employees. Expectation for you to make 3-4 hour runs for $4 so that other stores not even on your route can stay happy.
