Lack of care in a sense, a “you’re a heavy hitter keep up the good work” when you’ve got plenty of work and keeping their clients cleaned up and making money and a “well that’s just the way it is and don’t expect us to do anything about it” when there’s a lack of work (which is 3/4 of the year), very clear they prefer the more amateur/yes sir don’t ask questions type of employees. Expectation for you to make 3-4 hour runs for $4 so that other stores not even on your route can stay happy.
