Poor management. Unqualified upper management who really don’t care or no how to properly manage multiple areas. They make false promises to keep people staying in lower paying positions longer. Don’t forget how the commission scale is always wrong so you never know if your getting paid correctly. They often mess up your checks end it will take months before they fix the problem if at all

No Direction, No support, good ole boy club. Upper Management lack skill, motivation, and experience to be in thier roles. You have to cross your fingers and hope you get paid on pay day.
