Pros

Treat people disrespectfully. Boss is always condescending. Does not value their employees at all. What ever salary you get when you start is all you get. No raises are given . Work really long hours with no overtime pay

Cons

Clean environment. People have jobs as horrible as management is to the employees. We worked and we did get paid.

Unprofessional, from top to bottom. The owner is foul-mouthed, unreasonable and seems to be unstable. Unfortunately this seems to set the bar for his lead and near-lead people as well.
