Pros
Very quick to hire if they have a contract for you.
Cons
G1440 pretends to be a long term employer to bargain with employee on salary, to save on consulting rates and not have to pay for more than forty hours. Once hired, employees get to work for fifty to sixty hours per week, working on too many projects with no overtime pay as part of employment contract. While contract continues they are misled about it’s end, and that they cannot be laid off without the permission of parent company, which is absolutely false. When "permanent" employees are laid off at the end of project, existing ones are misinformed that they were not productive or capable enough.
