      1. Instructional design team leadership is unprofessional, harmful and vindictive 2. Bad blame game culture encouraged by instructional design leadership 3. Hire and fire policy when there is project sometime 4. No job security and stability 5.mental harassment by mgt 6. Over commit and under deliver to clients

      They dont fire you as they have the habbit of keeping everage people

      Cons

      They will make you work for three people atleast. No good appraisals. Not good culture Top and seniot management have been there for the last 5+ years an unable to resolve issues. VPs have become obsolete as they know nothing outside of G-Cube
