Friendly enviroment - even management, most of times
Cons
People end up doing the same thing 4-5 times because "we have to this to the clients ASAP" , instead of getting it right on the first time and this is really frustrating.

Generally good company. Excellent work ethic and technical knowledge . Outstanding teamwork
Cons
Since downturn started is progressively worse. Two third of degradation can be explained by poor management practices. career ladder dissolved lack visibility on internal opportunities. One can even say there is a bit of napitisim and biases in management decisions
