o Bonus opportunities for Sales positions are presented in ranges based on historic employee performance in the first year in the role, including the average. This is shared during the interview process, so candidates have full visibility of bonus expectations before accepting a position.
o Every job has a compensation benchmarked using Salary.com Enterprise solution. We commit to paying at or above the 50% benchmark for every position. We openly share the benchmarks with employees, so everyone knows we stand by our commitment.
