Pros
There's free coffee and snacks.
Cons
When I worked at G2, they crammed an absurd number of people into an extremely undersized office. The interns (known euphemistically as "summer analysts") were packed into a literally windowless room in the back. Full-time staff were expected to work at least 60 hours a week, or else risk expected bonus pay. The CEO is an egomaniac who lost millions investing in his own failed SPAC. The COO exhibited some of the worst work/life balance I've ever seen – expect phone calls at 9pm to "turn quick pitch decks" that same night. The company recently lost the majority of its restructuring business when its top senior executives walked out the door to set up a competing shop, taking many of their largest clients with them. Finally, they don't pay very well. I'd stay away.
