      Solid Company That Cares For Its Employees

      Pros

      -Pay is higher than average here thanks to a model that removes middle management wherever applicable to raise salaries for its employees. -My boss really cared about my career growth and outlook on professional improvement -Clean team structure in engineering teams with clear testing processes, a rigid pipeline for development that leads to quality work -People are really chill here, they respect your work/life balance

      Cons

      -The infrastructure could have been improved for those working remotely. Other than that, I have no complaints about this company.

      Best job I've ever had

      Pros

      I have worked in the software industry for nearly two decades. Before finding G2, it was a given that if I wanted to move up in my career, I had to change companies. Before G2, I had never been given a raise or a promotion unless I asked for it and fought for it. But with G2's low-overhead structure and responsive management team, I've had my work recognized and my salary and career level have advanced simply because management is paying attention to the good work I do and wants to reward that. There are a wide variety of projects and I've worked on a number of them, some purely positive and some more challenging, but management recognizes which ones are which and works with employees to keep them from getting burnt out on the ones with challenges.

      Cons

      Benefits are pretty minimal, but the cash compensation is better, so I think it all balances out. Pay is hourly, so apart from government-mandated sick leave, there's no PTO-- you have to put aside from your earnings if you want to have a vacation fund (but at least it means you get paid for any overtime).

      Good salary Flex time Interesting Projects and Clients to work with

      Cons

      As long as you do your work no one will bother you but trying to figure out what your job is a daunting task. Lack of communication from leadership leaves you guessing as to what your task is and if you get it wrong then you will hear loudly from leadership.
