Pros
flextime, lots of drink options in the fridge and some good people.
Cons
Its hot desk, so if you turn up late then you end up sitting in the kitchen for the day. Extravagant benefits by the directors which is never accounted for. For such a small company, there are more managers/Directors than employees. Strangely the directors do not manage projects or people so in other words are non billable but enjoy the best benefits. 3 months of notice if you want to exit the company !! seriously!! People work like headless chicken and slog for the directors/founders of the company.
