      Pros

      Prior to the company being purchased, benefits, compensation, 3 days WFH and and fully remote June and July was a good perk. A good team of tenured employees who were passionate and cared for the business. Very hard working and dedicated to the brand.

      Cons

      New owner dismantled the corporate office, laid off many people the same week the sale was finalized a week before Christmas 2024. Continued lays offs over the year as employees trained the overseas team for their job.
