Pros

None if you have any common sense and want to sleep at night and not worry about a company that doesn't care about its employees

Cons

No consideration for people that have families or a life outside of the company. All they care about is making money no matter how stressed out their employees are. If you are not in the senior leadership clique you won't be happy. They will fire or "eliminate" your job when it is convenient for the company no matter the sacrifices you have made throughout the years.

Pros

For the most part getting to meet some great clients out in the field. None for company.

Cons

Very low rate increases and bonuses. Low appraiser ratings scores done on purpose to keep pay rates down, example on perfect attendance you only get maybe a 4 out of ten on a score. On little bonus( which at one time directed paid on check) money is moved around company than it is decided when they want to give it out or I guess when they think it is deserving. No deserving vacation time only PTO time and think you should never miss a day of work. Stressful no time off.

Pros

I wish I could think of one...

Cons

Sexual harassment, bullying, favoritism. The boss only sees employees as butts in seats and numbers that fill his CEO's wallet. Worked there for 2 years and never met upper management once. I was forced to resign because firing means I can get unemployment and the company can't imagine spending a dollar to help someone. "The company that cares" about money. They don't care about the sick elderly people that need their help its cash or nothing for these people.
