Pros
I’ve been working at GA Health for 5 years time, and overall, it’s a nice company with a supportive culture and a genuine commitment to quality, both in its products and how it treats people. Leadership is open to talk and proactive in addressing issues, which makes the environment feel collaborative and progressive.
One of the best aspects is the company’s willingness to accommodate flexible working arrangements where possible, they are open to discussing flexible terms depending on the position and business needs, which shows a modern, people-first mindset.
There’s a strong focus on continuous improvement, both operationally and professionally. I’ve had the chance to contribute to impactful audit projects and see real results from process enhancements. It’s also worth noting that the company has gone through some turnover last year, and some former employees who were not aligned with the company’s culture have since moved on. This has actually contributed to a more positive and harmony work environment, with better team dynamics and clearer focus.
Cons
• Internal systems and communication processes are still evolving, which can sometimes cause inefficiencies.
• Some departments are lean, so workload can be high during peak times.
