      flexible working environment, big desks

      Cons

      unsatisfactory salary, managers don't care about lower level engineers and everyone is replaceable, higher level engineers are eager to leave for better salary and projects, generally lack of guidance.

      Nice office setting; Great learning experience for junior engineers; Above average benefit; A lot of smart people you can turn to, when you have a technical question.

      Cons

      Lay off people without any notice when the economic turns bad; Lack of communication between the junior lever engineer with the managers.
