Pros

The food used to be good.

Cons

No remote. Loud, unpleasant work environment. Poor leadership. A CFO that tanked the stock after false reporting and punishing whistle blowers.

Pros

Gaia’s mission to help patients is the focus in everything they do. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a company that genuinely focuses on improving lives through innovative solutions. The people are very nice—collaborative, passionate, and supportive.

Cons

The pace can be intense at times. There’s a lot of innovation happening, which is exciting but can sometimes feel like a lot to keep up with. Resources can feel stretched, so some projects might move slower than you’d like.
