Absolute nightmare of a workplace. Employees are worked to the bone while management thrives on burnout and intimidation. You cannot imagine the level of disrespect you will experience; I didn’t even know it existed. Pay is insulting, benefits are minimal, and three sick days a year says everything about how expendable you are. Leadership is unprofessional, disrespectful, and chaotic, bullies who thrive on disorder. Accountability doesn’t exist, the culture is toxic, and high turnover isn’t a flaw, it is the business model. Any concern you raise will be met with gaslighting and condescension. Don’t be fooled by growth promises, they are bait. Avoid this place at all costs unless you are ready to have your health, sanity, dignity, and personal life completely destroyed-this is an understatement.
