Location in West End - This will change when GAM moves to the City in 2019

Cons

One should only consider GAM if joining from Henderson or if being a buddy of Richard MacNamara who will create a role to suit your unique personal needs. Stay away if you do not fall in these categories.

Pros

Not many pros nowadays. The company has had a hard time and there's lots of uncertainty where things are going. The work is challenging in a good way but some of the personalities get in the way.

Cons

Don't join the infrastructure department its dominated by a bully. He gets angry at the drop of a hat. Crazy unprofessional. You never know what mood he's in so I keep a low profile. My manager knows his stuff and the way he gets talked at is totally nuts. It used to be a productive place but I hate the blame culture now. Company is making cuts too.

Poor work life balance. Lack of opportunity. Awful systems. Poor management which lacked leadership. Lack of learning as most time was wasted on poor and archaic systems.
