      Pros

      There are no pros. People are fired every other month or they leave. Turnover is incredibly high. Former and current CEOs both dishonest and corrupt.

      Cons

      Everything. Horrible management. Terrorize and verbally abuse employees. Lie to employees.

      Pros

      GAMA International is a fantastic association that provides leadership development programs products and content to management/executives in the financial services industry. It's a smaller organization with roughly 20 employees. The CEO, Bonnie Godsman, is a brilliant and dedicated leader who does everything in her power to ensure the successful execution of GAMA's mission - Exceptional people providing exceptional experiences to develop exceptional leaders! Management is very flexible, there is plenty of opportunity for growth and personal development and the atmosphere is very friendly. I felt at home my first day as everyone is very kind and welcoming and you immediately feel apart of the team. GAMA takes care of its staff with fantastic benefits and plenty of training opportunities. You can make whatever you want out of it, as you have the freedom to be creative and the flexibility to do great things. I would recommend this organization to anyone and I hope I am proud to call GAMA family!

      Cons

      At times there has been confusion regarding roles and responsibilities as well as some organizational structure and framework. This, however, is completely justified as the organization has gone through some major changes through the past couple of years for the best interest of GAMA's members, the staff and the organization as a whole. With this reset, roles and framework are being redeveloped, as it isn't something you want to rush. Over the past year I have seen much of the aforementioned problems resolved through the efforts from senior/executive staff. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

      Involved board Great new office Opportunities during the summer to have summer hours

      Cons

      Upper management disconnected with staff needs and workload. CEO fabricates the truth and will lie repeatedly to the point of believing the lies. Huge lack of processes and procedures because of non-stop turnover. Certain employees are favored over others and not because of high performance.
