Pros
Fun atmosphere, comfortable place friendly people. The location is great and workspace is above par. You can build great relationships with the customer here.
Cons
Typical corporate politics unfortunately. The corporate lingo can get irritating and using 15 different words for the same thing is rediculous but common.

Pros
It was close to where I live and nobody really cared what you got done unless it messed up there bonus.
Cons
Nobody stays there very long. Only ones that stay around are the top people and their why people leave in the first place. They gots a buddy system and if you aren't in it then you don't have much worth to them. And nobody tells you how your doing or no raises.
