      Pros

      Team is very good to work alongside. They provide plenty of training and time to get your feet on the ground after onboarding. They will trust you to do your job and not look over your shoulder. Pay, benefits, and other perks are good. Overall healthy culture.

      Cons

      GBA Companies only offers 2 weeks paid paternal/maternal leave.

      - reasonable work hours compared to Field Engineers at other construction companies - benefits (per diem, company vehicle now offered to FEs) - supportive management (company fosters a growth mindset and encourages questions)

      - Not many SOPs. Company has begun developing them since I was employed
