The company makes opportunities sounds great.

Cons

Not the same GC it was once known for. The company no longer has the Nakama family brand it was once praised for. The sales numbers are false. The company is firing for the wrong reasons just to make the sales numbers look better. Management is not to be trusted.

Vp of Sales and president are completely clueless. No Leadership, no creativity, salesforce is expected to do all the heavy lifting, no basic sales tools, no literature, no digital marketing campaign, no direction, unrealistic goals, poor work environment, no concept of budget, poor culture, no work life balance, constant firing of competent employees and replacing them with friends
