In 7 years of corporate finance advisory, these were by far my best years in the space: + Unique culture: entrepreneurial approach in which the team effort is the focus + Team is deal oriented and wants to get things done whilst providing creative and tailored-made solutions to their clients - everyone at all level is pushed to contribute to that +The deal flow is massive and do not even think of getting bored! + The network within GCA is powerful and you will work with colleagues from all around the world + Global company with a human size +The do-it approach: you have a great idea for GCA Altium? Great! Then talk internally and if your idea makes sense, you can push for it straight away + Great personal development opportunities thanks to a strong HR platform put in place - e.g. after 2 years, I was able to work for in another office for some months and completed a transaction there + Several extra activities outside work will enable you becoming familiar with this great Team
