Flexibility,remote, and the hours. Not much else to say.

Unorganized, no DEI, no standard training. They can let you go without a reason.

Pros

Most of the people you work with are great. At least the ones I knew where, but most of them were let go.

Cons

There are some bad apples in the cart. You know there's a power struggle with certain types of employees. Too much shifting, constant change and no real direction. I've worked on too many campaigns/projects that didn't see the light of day as business direction changed. A lot of great people were let go and the rest jumped ship.
