      - GCP gave me a coffee mug once.

      Cons

      - CEO is out of his element and does not care about employees. At a company wide town hall took away bonuses, pension, other benefits, made excuses for poor performance of company, and said if you don't like it then leave. - A lot of hours, you will never see your family or a holiday again. - Massive turnover by way of layoffs or quitting to the point where its not worth getting to know anyone new who shows up. - Who knew you could take one good company, split it up, then have two bad companies. That's W.R. Grace and GCP. - Run away.
