There are some great individuals who work there!
Cons
They have a terrible PTO package, offer very little respect to their employees. There is a pattern of passing the buck as far down the chain as possible and throwing people under the bus. They engender favoritism and nepotism throughout the company. I saw people systematically attempt to harm the careers of others, in order to meet their own needs or the perceived needs of friends (sometimes with far-flung and unexpected consequences). They practice the most reactionary style of leadership I have ever seen, resulting in one plan after another thrown together as a bandaid for the immediately obvious, with no breadth or depth of consideration. There is much more to be said, however, it is unpleasant, and probably unnecessary. Steer clear, unless you are absolutely desperate!
