      1. Reputed School on the national level 2. Experienced employees

      Cons

      1. Doctors are irresponsible of the health of kids. 2. Salary would be deducted by management whenever and however they desire! 3. New rules would be in place trying to retain the employees and making it toxic to work otherwise your salary would get deducted. 4. If you lick boot of the management, you're safe; otherwise they kick you out saying we don't fulfill the expectations of the management! 5. This makes the overall experience too toxic.
