      Difficult to maintain work-life balance

      Nice Infrastructure, brand name, great potential, innovative

      Cons

      Salaries are ok but not as per 6th pay norms even though they claim it, Salary and position(designation) not transparent, they expect you to work 24 x 7, 365 days sometimes even Saturdays are working and no comp off at all, with rarely any leave, can't say about the increments and bonus. Management don't want to listen.

      only infrastructure is good. looking like shopping mall. neat and clean. Good canteen. good food

      Cons

      poor management, lack of experienced person like assistant dean is having exp less than 8 years . doesn't know anything about teaching/planning/administration. No procedure to do the work everything is mismanaged.
