      Pros

      The place recycles paint, which is good for the environment.

      Cons

      CEO demands staff to work over 12 hour days, poor management staff and employees get treated like crap. Poor benefits, no 401K. Very high turnover.

      Pros

      Small town and hence you can save a lot. There are few days where you don't have to work much.

      Cons

      Management just cares about revenue and not about workers. Only hires Indian engineers since the CEO is an Indian. Expects you to work overtime and weekends with no extra compensation. Horrible work environment as there is no tech or system in warehouse.
