Just like other negative reviewers here , a lot of the positive reviews here are concerning and were clearly posted by management. The writing style is incredibly similar to a certain person, and all of the statements made reflect how management usually directs information to its employees - in a false and misleading manner & never taking any blame themselves. Usually, you take reviews lightly as usually angry and upset people will be the ones to post negative reviews, but in this case it is legitimate. Many great employees have left and the turnover rate is really high. Pay is okay, you won't get bonuses or praise here unless you're management. They had issues with finances last year that were temporary and we couldn't pay our vendors, and once they were over, they told everyone that it was a one time thing. Well, they are back and once again, we can't pay our vendors. They've even began trying to save money in this huge hangar by shutting off power to areas we hardly use and are moving employees. The job security here is non existent, and yearly reviews & pay raises are not given here. Upper management is secretive and like a high school clique. Immature, with that "big brother" feel. Their best quality is acting, because they are really good at faking everything. Avoid this place at all costs, there have been people that started a new job here because they were told it's a great amazing place then left soon after lol it's not what they make it out to be.
