Very poor.

Pros

Flexible work shedule, planning one week in advance.

Cons

No respect for employees. Management insulting workers. Pay is actually under minimum wage for a part time job. They will not pay when you are sick. And on holidays when the law says it must be 200 percent pay they will just pay you 150 percent. High work pressure and punishment for bad evaluations, even if you can proof it is not your fault. They minus minutes from your hours worked here and there just to save money. No good work enviroment. In peak times you will not even have a place to sit down in your breaks because there are not enough chairs in the lunch room. Sometimes they do not have work for your language and instead of telling you on time and being honest and fair about it they will cancel your shifts last minute. I was promised bonuses for very good performance and they have never given to me. Also during a big project they said the best performers will win things like a bike or a tv, on the end nobody got anything but a chocolate bar.

Pros

- Can set your own hours (if any available). - The ability (as a foreigner in NL) to meet other foreigners or people in similar situations. - Central location.

Cons

- They treat staff as 100% disposable. As there is no contract or paperwork of any kind signed, once projects are finished they find ways to clear out the batch of staff brought in to call in the project. - The way they speak to and treat people is outrageous. They are degrading, patronising and rude. - They dole out punishment and not rewards as motivation. Answer back or question a team leader and you will have your hours cancelled for a week or two. - Even the receptionist screams and shouts at agents like they are children. - A very unhealthy, de-motivational and demoralising place to work.

Pros

- Flexibility - Decent hourly pay -Good if you are desperate for a job and need an extra income.

Cons

I had my doubts of the company in the early stages of the recruitment process which proved to be right. There is terrible organisation from the recruitment team where they first of all sent on boarding tasks very late in the evening and expected me to complete it the following day early morning. It took forever to go through all the steps and do the quiz which was not paid for and was unrealistic to finish at their requested time. They were last minute.com again and invited me for a training day early in the morning 30 min before it was supposed to take place. I missed the training day due to this factor. Once I got rescheduled to take part in another training day, they did not even pay for it which lasted a good few hours. They also lost all my details I had sent to them along with documents even though I sent it straight away from receiving it. The projects are very repetitive and it gets to a point where you harass people even though they had declined participating in the interviews multiple times prior to the time you called. Many of the individuals you interviewed did not understand some of the questions on the questionnaire whereby you had to explain the question several times for them to be able to answer them. They claim to do weekly reviews with the managers which is not true so you have no idea if your performance is up to their requirements. Worse of all is the break time! You only get up to 18 min paid break which doesn't allow you to eat lunch in time whereby you have to stress that process as any extra time would be counted as unpaid break. This has honestly been the worse company I have worked for. It is not worth it unless you do not have any other options. I lasted only 1 month there before deciding to leave as I couldn't take it anymore.
