Pros

Good working environment. Colleagues are friendly and supportive. Knowledge transfer is OK. Good salaries, little above sector average.

Cons

Management "lost in space" - lot of wrong decisions in last years, bad investments. Too many funds spent on public image than on substance and development. President and CEO is micromanaging all the time.

Pros

Only few good people to work/talk with.

Cons

Bloodsucking management. No compensations nor benefits. Overtime is not paid. Old, outdated hardware(PCs). No perks - not even coffee. No team buildings.

Pros

It was an easy job.

Cons

I was previously employed by GDI and enjoyed working for them until they had a change in management since they cannot keep employees. New management did not know how to speak with its employees and very condescending. They hold favortism to the ladies who say yes to everything but are never at work. While working in an area that needed constant supplies and the need of workers coworkers who actually worked, they pile up responsibility to one employee and expect it to get done without more pay and equal distribution of roles and responsibilities. They allow employees to work in joggers and florescent colors, at times weather permitting they are wearing very explicit and revealing clothing. while others get reprimanded if they don't use proper uniforms. The lazy employees who do the least get the most hours while the ones who work more get worse hours. the most enjoyable part of the job is going home. They do not pay you accurately and expect you to still do the work. My checks were always short.
