Supportive HR and good pay, but unpaid special non-working holidays

Good HR. Especially when I am involved with sexual harassment issue at the office. They made me feel safe and protected. Good pay.

Cons

Special non-working holidays are not paid. I mostly used my VLs for these.

Gives you a chance to kickstart your career in tech as a launch pad.

Cons

Over promise by senior leadership in the beginning during training and under deliver after. They project that all is good but actually it’s not. Various trainings which I thought would be done by external providers are actually done in house by senior leadership themselves.
