      Pros

      Nothing as such.. Just you will be having good co-workers. You will get addicted to hear the false in most fabricated way.

      Cons

      Actually there are many cons.. 1. No hike(if you are genuine to your profession) 2. No respect & no value 3. They don't believe their employees 4. Work quality will be at minimum standards which will effect your career growth. 5. You will have to work under some manager who is not even having a bit of common sense so definitely it will disturb your mental peace. 6. The work does not follow a process 7. You will be surrounded with many self recognised intelligence (actually they know just about thenga(coconut)) and will pretend as if they are launching satellite each month.

      1. Onsite opportunities. 2. Employee Engagement activities. 3.No Night Shifts 4.Some seniors are really good and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      1.Well, here is vicious circle of senior people who don't want to take the company any where, very less projects and even though they claim to be an industrial automation company, this is actually a second class IT company with exposure to very few technologies. 2.Most of the people are locals with no experience of how a industrial automation company works and those who are getting recruited from other places they leave this company within one year. 3.Very high level of internal politics. 4.Management is totally useless and don't have courage to introspect or at-least learn from their repeated mistakes.

      I have been a member of GES infotek earlier and 6 years back I moved to another company to work closer to my hometown. All this time; I used to think myself and tell my friends how great was my time with GES Infotek. Now that I got a golden chance to work with GES Infotek again and I didn't have to think twice. I am back here and every day I spend here makes me more happy that this place and people makes me love what I do best; thats Software Engineering. Every evening I go back to my home with a smile that I could you best use of my time today. Great management. Great H.R team Great Sys Admin Team. Caring and supportive colleagues Fun filled events The best of all. You work with Real Engineers.

      Cons

      I wish if GES could open an office in Infopark, I could stay closer to my Parents home.
