Can't find any other than starting your career in e-commerce. Hiring is full on at various levels.

Cons

Bad work culture as no structured work flow and no visible reward for good work . No extra incentives. No employee engagement. Processes out of place.

Nothing is good in this company,i hardly remember any single point which is good here.

Cons

I had reported number of times to technical dept. that some of the links like "contact us,feedback,report incorrect " does not work and when people call me as i was in customer care dept, they used to spit only abusive words that why our contact forms does not work. After forwarding this issue to management, no actions were taken.
