I have been with GEW for over 20 years, starting as a Graduate Engineer straight out of University and progressing into a senior management role. During this time, I have seen the organisation grow significantly and have had the opportunity to grow alongside it. GEW designs and manufactures Arc and UV LED curing systems for printing, coating and converting applications, and has developed into a global leader in its field. This is clear from impressive figures of almost 60% of staff having completed more than 5 years’ service. The culture at GEW is collaborative and results-driven. Recent introduction of flexi-time initiative is widely welcomed by the staff and is supporting vital work–life balance.
