      Management think they can call you after hours to get you to go out to emergencies.

      There are some good people who work there.

      Cons

      Poor team leader, temperamental. Poor department manager, multiple attempts made by the team to have meetings to discuss issues and they were left ignored. Extremely high turnover of staff. False promises in regards to training and additional help.
