      GFA just killed our benefits

      None thus far from this company

      Cons

      GFA low-bidded and became the newest 3PL for our company; effectively pushing out the 3PL most of our employees were under. GFA is coming in and offering zero PTO to regular employees, seniority is effectively erased, we have to start from scratch on our benefits and they pay will remain stagnant. they are not giving us current employees any reason to stick with them through transition. We've been here for years working for our company and GFA is currently in the works to tear down what most of us have built just to get the 3PL contract.

      Pros

      The employees at the company were a joy to be around , worked very hard and never had a issue.

      Cons

      Too many to list but I will hit on the main one. The Leadership that they have in place are not leaders but instead posers. In other words once they get into leadership roles they quit trying to improve themselves, the job or the environment. It makes for a very toxic place to work a lot of resentment is within this company.

      Interesting job, horrendous management

      Pros

      It was a pretty simple job and I was never asked to stay late. You can pretty much keep to yourself as long as you did your job well.

      Cons

      They could be really great if they were just honest and didn't try to save face. Management would also try to humiliate employees that were not doing well by calling out their mistakes to the entire office.
