      Pros

      Some amazing people to work with, unfortunately many have left due to the toxic environment.

      Cons

      High turn over - as people leave so does necessary information No training for new employees Stressful - instead of hiring more people, workload is distributed amongst those who stayed Process are always changing without warning - difficult to get anything accomplished Toxic environment - rude behavior tolerated Micromanaging CEO with a very disengaged President

      Pros

      Most of middle management employees are great people to work with. Several are honest and committed to the industry. Employees are hard working and optimistic to start but not for long.

      Cons

      Zero $ investment into employees with no internal or external development. Owner is solely profit driven and consistently micromanage at every level possible. Proverbial “revolving door” in full effect as a result.
