      Flexible work culture, but pay and benefits are lacking

      Pros

      Very flexible and understanding. There’s no pressure, and employees aren’t required to be in the office… The company promotes a hybrid model and remote work. The company culture is great, and everyone is welcoming and inclusive. Management is supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      The salary isn't competitive enough… not enough benefits (almost none.). Everything depends on customer feedback… internal feedbacks are collected, but aren’t taken into account… an employee's value is determined solely based on the customer's opinion
