      Pros

      I've never felt more supported and empowered. Team is incredible, leadership has great vision and has worked hard to create a great culture.

      Cons

      If you're looking for ground-breaking design, this probably isn't your move (yet). But we're doing phenomenal work for wonderful clients.

      Many different projects and opportunities. Good backlog. Transparent bonus system. Very flexible, for responsible people.

      Favoritism. Inconsistent leadership. A few upper level mangers / leaders have unbalanced influence.
