Pros

There are none. Get a real job. You will be broke when you leave. I gave it one star because it was the lowest.

Cons

This job is a waste of time. Most of the new sales reps wash out in the first six months. There are few people making over $100,000, many under $50,000 even people that have been there for a long time. You assume all the risks of running a business. Any bill not paid after 30 days stops commissions. If never paid, you pay it back. Be prepared to work 12 hours a day. There are no benefits here. Insurance is available if you meet quota. I was not aware that any one in our group was able to meet quota or get benefits. They pay your telephone and give you an email. The sales volume of the Company does not mean anything. You are paid a per cent of the profit on the job. This can be 2-3% of the sale goes to the salesman. If you sold $1,000,000, this becomes $20,000. Not many in the Company sell $1,000,000 a year anyways. And prepare to be ridiculed and humiliated for your mistakes as the owner encourages mentors to share their opinions with others via email. Be prepared to use savings to pay your bills because your paychecks will be few. You will get fired at the whim of the owner. You can get hired here easily because you work for free and you cost them nothing. And they even pressure you until you quit or get fired.

Thank you for your input, however, it is relatively innaccurate. Of note: Approximately 30% of our Sales Professionals exceed $100K in income, with our top Sales Professionals exceeding $300K. Since we have NO quotas, each person determines how much (or how little) they earn - it is up to the individual. Any Invoice (Net-30) is paid up to 75% of the profit up until day 40 (the customer gets an automatic 10-day grace period). Commissions are paid all they way up to 90 days late, though the commission decreases the longer it is over due. GHA does not dictate the number of hours you work, though this is a full-time job. We DO expect at least a 40-hour work week, but beyond that is up to you. This is a W-2 position, with full benefits. Health and Dental Insurance is available after 90 days. GHA will pay the Employee premium if you have reached a very minimum goal, so you had apparently not been very successful. I'm sorry to hear that, but any Sales Professional with experience that can sell can easily reach that goal. All necessary Hardware and Software is provided, and we set up and pay for your Home Office - you have no out-of-pocket costs. Commissions are paid at the rate of between 40 - 75% of the profit you make on each sale - the more profit you make (YOU determine the price), the more commission you get paid - you are in control. If you're not making enough, then you're not selling at a high enough profit margin. Last year (2012), 35 out of 75 Sales Professionals sold more than $1,000,000 in product. Another 20 came very close. Why couldn't you? Nobody is ridiculed or humiliated - Mentoring and Training IS shared with others so that all can benefit, if appropriate. If not, the training is conducted privately. Nobody is fired at a whim. On the contrary, people are kept here much longer than at other companies, since we understand that each person is different, and grows at different levels and speeds. Plus, there is much more compassion here for each person's circumstances. Letting someone go is a last resort. No undue pressure as you assert. Yes, there is reporting criteria, but only until you reach a minimum sales level ($75K in revenue per month). Is there any reason why you didn't reach that level? Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss any of this. Or, you can contact any of our existing Sales Professionals and they will confirm all I have listed, above. Have a nice day!

Pros

Established reseller, decent training with a list of good manufactures. The company is based in sunny Arizona.

Cons

New Tech Slavery, no salary. You will have to be customer service as well as accounts receivable. It is your responsibility to make sure your customers pay on time! By the way, unlike the country in billions of dollars debt and down graded credit rating. You better have a stellar credit history to get this no salary job,

Pros

If the company actually treated their new hires and set them up for success it might have some pro’s. They do none of this, however. Zero Pros. Seriously.

Cons

I never write reviews. Ever. But I hope this review steers you away from wasting months of your time to realize everything I write here. Unless you have a major book of business to bring here, you will 99% fail. 9+/10 people that walk through the doors don’t make it. GHa knows this but they sell you a dream in the beginning. They bring in 10-15+ new hires a month, assign you a mentor, you grind to try to hit your weekly metrics/bonuses and find gray area to not even pay you on your $1,500 weekly bonus. Trust me, of the 150+ employees, there’s under 5 people hitting the weekly call bonuses. Seriously. They will use you to be a cold calling machine and let you go at the drop of a dime and absorb all accounts that show interest or actually purchased from you. This company is a vampire that will chew you up and spit you out, with no second thought. All calls made through Microsoft Teams. Zero dashboard or place to see your overall call count/call duration- you literally must count them one by one to hit your bonus metrics. Oh, and 50+ of those calls need to be above *1* minute in duration(every single day of the week, even when you run appointments) if you want the $1500 for bonus eligibility. They check each and every one. I’m not joking. Hit 70 calls but only 49 of them were 60 seconds long?? Sorry you don’t get paid your $1500. Seriously. You don’t find this out until 2 weeks later after your bonus is reviewed by the “intern team” - which is actually the owner in the background who calls the shots and disguises it as an intern team. They don’t even have salaried office people for the most part - maybe a handful - the rest are also chewed and spit out once they realize they cannot ethically do this anymore. Seriously. Outdated resources - good luck finding anything of relevance. Their company uses Sharepoint and it hasn’t been cleaned up or updated for a decade it seems. No organization whatsoever. Their policy on things (especially in relation to bonuses) is extremely confusing with how it’s wrote. And I believe it’s done on purpose. You will be celebrating a little bit of success and you send in your bonus request to the team, only later they pull up another site that shows them different employee counts. You needed 250 employees domestic, not 200. Sorry this does not qualify. Well, there goes your weekly bonus money out the window. So you can make 50+ calls a day, grind like a mad man, but if your appointment isn’t a qualified commercial 250+ company then you will lose the entire week pay. You can’t just make calls - you must hit a weekly meeting with a “qualified” company, and then it’s still sort of left up for review.. were there actually only 3 days in that week of the appointment you did 50+ 1 minute calls? Nope, it was 2. So with all that said your 1500 bonus has been reduced to $600 since you had less volume you have been in the field. So much uncertainty and doubt on future bonuses - the “language” in their new hire forms is so damn confusing that it could literally have 3 meanings. And you can bet when it comes time to send your bonus request; they’ll favor their denial with some other thing you didn’t know about. There is tremendous gray area in this job that you didn’t know about until you encounter it and when it comes down to finding a resolution - you won’t win versus the “intern” teams. Lol. Steer far far away. And don’t listen to the 5 star reviews. They’re fake to bury the real ones: trust me ;) Good luck. Godspeed!

We have tried our best to guide you to a proven path for success. I am sorry that I have fallen short in your eyes. Fortunately, we have been successful with 175 other salespeople with many of them earning six and seven figures. The appointment bonus is a total gift. GHA also paid you $5k for your first week in training. To pay out up to $1500 for just one qualified appointment we do need to have a minimum performance standard. Why can't you make a sale, use a $5k GHA credit and earn 200% for 90 days of shipments? GHA has done everything that we can to help you to become successful! GHA has paid every dollar for every bonus, don't blame us if you fell short!
