      Motivated team but lacking strong leadership expertise

      Pros

      Working alongside motivated people who care about what they do makes a real difference. The team is driven by purpose and everyone understands the importance of the industry they're operating in and wants to make a real impact. The calibre of people around you is consistently high, which pushes you to bring your best.

      Cons

      The senior commercial leadership lacked the domain expertise needed to build a sales structure fit for purpose. That knowledge gap was felt across the team, in the quality of strategic direction, the support available, and the ability to respond effectively to market dynamics. Sadly, the business paid a significant price, ultimately going through a redundancy process that affected around a quarter of employees.

      Trying to build culture but there is no stability- stay away from this place

      Pros

      Leadership tries to build great culture with bagels on Wednesday and biweekly cing a septs but its like they have big company ambition with startup budget?? People are really nice and always willing to help their team mates Office located downtown on the 13th floor- great view and inviting office area.

      Cons

      They are constantly laying off people financially, they are struggling up the hill so you never know when your employment will be up. They have some good clients that sustains some business but this is only shortterm. Internal onboarding and processes to orient any new members are severly lacking- again startup feel but very very disorganized and they dont set you up for success but for big time failure. Dont waste time applying here- better stability at McDonalds.
