Sales leadership lacks awareness of their weaknesses and is quick to point out perceived flaws of the sales teams. There's a reason there's close to 80% sales turnover in less than 2 years.

Micromanagement. Salespeople are not treated equally. Unrealistic daily activity requirements. Overall, a miserable experience.

No one is a number here and everyone in executive leadership knows everyone by their first name. Management is very supportive and everyone is involved to help the company succeed. As a very dynamic, quickly growing company, GIACT expects a lot from its employees, but also rewards and recognizes the impact they make.

Cons

The company is very innovative and is experiencing rapid growth. Similar to other successful technology companies, this can contribute to a fast pace which some may find challenging and others may really enjoy. This is a great place to work.
